Step 3. Import Attendance Robot
Import Attendance Robot into your Excel spreadsheet:
File>Import Attendance Robot>Python Script>Set Attendance Sheet
Step 4. Answer Attendance Questions
Now you will be greeted with a questionnaire. Answer all questions carefully. The answers you gave are recorded as data. With that data, the Attendance Robot can automatically calculate your attendance totals, dues, etc.
Step 5. Print Attendance Sheets
Print your Attendance Sheet as you like. For example, you could add your corporate logo and template inside Attendance Robot.

How to Install?
Attendance Robot can be installed as easy as any Add-In. To have a “new” view for “Attendance Robot”, check the “New” box when Adding an Add-In. Here is a simple guide to install the Add-In. See screenshots of the whole process.
Add-In: Attach this Excel file, save it in your C:\Users\[YOUR NAME]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\AddIns\Archive folder, and then manually run the.xla file (e.g. click the “Open” button in the top right corner of the.xla file, then click “Run” in the toolbar)
Click on the newly added “Attendance Robot” Add-In.
Choose “New” from the toolbar, then add a new sheet.
Add a row as the first row in the newly added sheet. This row will have some choices which Attendance Robot will use to send attendance reports to you.
Click on the row, and choose the B column (basis for attendance count) from the drop-down menu in the tool bar (attendance label is displayed as “Basis for Attendance”)
Use the drop-down menu in the tool bar to specify the cell in the next column (you may choose 0, or a column name) to count attendance against
Click on the cell specified above, and choose the E column (attendance category) from the drop-down menu (the attendance category is displayed as “Category”)
Use the drop-down menu in the tool bar to choose a column in the next column (you may choose 0, or a column name) to count attendance against
Click on the cell specified above, and specify the cell to which you want to count attendance as the cell specified above
As you create rows, the values in the cells above will be automatically added as an attendance to you (you may specify the cell that you want to be the attendance source, or none)
